Next thing I know you were wearing myT-Shirt right there
Your hair messed up like a Guns-N-Roses video
Ooh ooh so hot
Still got it up in my head, you were moving around in the TV light
I ain't ever seen anything like, your dress, my floor, the way you wore, my my T-ShirtWe walking up the stairs with the neighbors saying, "keep it down"
But it's hard to unlock the door when you're making out (You know what I'm sayin')
You've been saying that we've gotta quit doing this,
So why you leaning in for one more kiss,
And pretty soon your sliding off what you've got on and slipping into myT-Shirt right there
Your hair messed up like a Guns-N-Roses video
Ooh ooh so hot
Still got it up in my head, you were moving around in the TV light
I ain't ever seen anything like, your dress, my floor, the way you wore, my my T-ShirtOh no baby no I can't lie
Sure look good in my t-shirt
Oh no baby no I can't lie
You look good oh my myI said "Hey hey baby do you wanna come over?"
You say "No way", then you move in closer
Next thing I know you were wearing my
T-Shirt, oh you look just so dang hot in my T-Shirt
You see you're spinning around in my T-Shirt, right there
Your hair messed up like a Guns-N-Roses video
Ooh ooh so hotMy T-Shirt right there
Your hair messed up like a Guns-N-Roses video

T-Shirt Lyrics

Get off work and we meet down at our spot
We had a patio with a view of a parking lot
It was 2 for 1 and 4 for 2
Had Christmas lights in the middle of June
All hung up like I was on youI said "Hey hey baby do you wanna come over?"
You say "No way", then you move in closer

Thomas Rhett Akins, Jr. (born in Valdosta, Georgia) is an American country music singer known professionally as Thomas Rhett. He is the son of singer-songwriter Rhett Akins.[1]
Here is some background information on Thomas Rhett from the Something To Do With My Hands Songfacts. Thomas Rhett grew up in the music industry by means of his singer-songwriter father Rhett Akins. Whilst studying business and communications at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Rhett formed a cover band and began playing frat parties and other gigs they could get. His dad persuaded him to take the stage one night at a Nashville showcase, and EMI Music's Ben Vaughn, the same publisher who had signed his father many years earlier, offered Rhett a publishing deal.
Rhett co-wrote the song "I Ain't Ready to Quit" on Jason Aldean's 2010 album My Kinda Party and signed a recording contract with Big Machine Records' Valory Music Group division in 2011.[2] In early 2012, he released his debut single, "Something to Do with My Hands". The song received a positive review from Taste of Country writer Billy Dukes, who called it "clever, but not so cheeky that the joke tires after a listen or three."[3] Read more on Last.fm.
